At Reliable Tradesman, we have an agreement with our members to have their customers feedback posted online for all to see. However, if the feedback is negative, we first of all give members the chance to resolve the issue. This has often helped to settle so many disputes between buyers and sellers. If for any reason you are disappointed with the services of any registered member on our platform, here is how we can be of help:

OUR POLICY
When any dispute arises, we recommend that you make concerted effort to see if it can be mutually resolved with the company concerned. We promise to investigate every dispute that defies mutual resolution, and to remain impartial throughout the process, while also making extra effort to push for a mutual resolution. Our mode of operation is to contact the company and attempt to initiate an amicable resolution. In a situation where you do not want us to contact them, we may not be able to further investigate your complaint
